We use USPS standard shipping to ship products to you once you place your order.

We will strive to process your order within 1 to 2 business days and expect to receive your package within 2 to 8 business days.

We are not responsible for possible USPS delays or wrong address in orders. Please review your order and if the address is different from what yours is, please reach out to us ASAP.

Shipping Rates:

  • Update: Nov 2021: We have added various shipping options with different carriers, with rates calculated based on your Zip Code.
  • Flat Rate USPS Priority Shipping: $8 per order anywhere in the US. 2-3 business days delivery.
  • USPS First class mail Shipping: $4 per order anywhere in the US. 5-7 business days delivery.
  • If you place an order worth $50 or more you automatically get Free First class mail Shipping anywhere in the US ONLY.
  • If you live in the San Francisco Bay Area and would like to pick up personally please select "Pick Up" as you shipping option when checking out.
  • Alternatively, shoppers can also shop for single items and hold delivery till value crosses $50 to avail free first class mail shipping. Just choose "Pick up" option at check out every time you purchase until the value reaches $50 or more.

We are confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we offer returns with 30% restocking fee. We have changed our "Free returns" policy due to excessive abuse of the feature. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us before your purchase for any questions, live video showing or any concerns about the products. Please note : Money back excludes any shipping charges you paid to have the order shipped to you

  • All returns must be unused/ unaltered. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item after contacting us at or at 415-509-4428.
  • Send it back to us within 3 business days of receiving it. Please note, you will need to bear the cost of shipping the product from you to us. 
  • Allow for enough days if you are shipping the product back to us via regular mail.
  • Once the item is received in original condition, refund (excluding shipping charges) will be made for the total cost on the card you used to place the order.
  • If your order has been damaged, please provide a photo to document the damage. A refund or exchange, of your choice will be made.
  • Sorry we do not accept request for returns over 5 days of receiving the order. Please note: this policy applies for online order only.

If you plan to cancel your order before we ship them out to you, a service charge of $5 will be deducted from the total amount.
